Laboratory Logistics and Purchasing Associate (m/f/d)
Monasterium Laboratory is a dermatological research company specializing in preclinical skin, hair, and wound healing research. To expand our team, we are looking for a Laboratory Logistics and Purchasing Associate (m/f/d) on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be responsible for:
- Placing orders for laboratory chemicals and other laboratory consumables
- The corresponding invoice processing and verification
- Researching as well as preparing information (offers, market overview, suppliers)
- Package management – preparation, shipment, acceptance
- Registration and management of customer substances
What should you bring with you:
- Basic German language skills, preferably also basic German writing skills
- Basic knowledge of English (company language: English)
- Interest in computer systems (good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel))
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Sense of responsibility and high reliability
- Flexibility
- Experience in biological research laboratories and with laboratory techniques is an advantage
