Monasterium Laboratory is a dermatological research company specialized in preclinical skin, hair, pigmentation, neuroendocrinology, immunology, and wound healing research in the human system. Given the continuous expansion of our company, we are seeking a team-orientated, highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant (m/f/d) full time to join our team. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
The main responsibility will be to assist the Sales Team of Monasterium Laboratory in client acquisition, following-up Leads from trade-shows/conferences by recording any communication with prospective clients and responsibly documenting them in the CRM system.
The tasks required to be undertaken include:
- Incorporation of client data in the CRM system
- Incorporation of research assays portfolio in the CRM system
- Identify Leads and prospective clients incl. using conference proceedings, and scientific publications
- Search for and summarize scientific targets, ingredients or drugs of prospective clients
- Schedule meeting with Sales Team and Leads during trade-shows and scientific conferences
- Documentation of client correspondence following internal QM guidelines
- Assist in the organization of trade-show/conferences follow-up activities
- Professionally summarize sales activities for internal meetings
- Propose new sales strategies
Eligibility:
- A BSc or MSc in one of the Life Sciences
- Priority will be given to applicants with documented sales experience in the field of biomedicine or laboratory service would be a definite plus
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (Company language: English)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

Type of contract:
Temporary with a possibility of extension, and eventually unlimited.
Salary:
A competitive salary will be offered, along with performance-, and non-performance- based incentives (full training will be provided).
